Superplan offers plenty of ways to add shift templates onto your schedule and quickly create shifts:

1. Use Card picker (drag & drop!)

Card picker is a “sticky” panel in your shift schedule view. It helps you easily select shift templates and other cards to place on the grid.

Just drag the shift template to the schedule grid, and the shift will be created - check the video (0:11) below:

1. Generate shifts in bulk from a template

You can generate multiple shifts from a template for selected dates, weekdays, and employees. See our step-by-step guide below:

Once you're on the schedule grid, hit the Create shifts button and select Mass create from template:

When a window opens, you can:

• Select a template to create the shifts from
• Specify the scheduling period (the first and the last day)
• Select days of week to be used (unselected days will not have shifts created on them; your default workweek will be selected by default)
