This article will help you to start using Superplan's shift templates.
Shift templates are blueprints for your frequently utilized shifts, making them easy to reuse. Shift templates store essential parameters such as start and end times, work areas, necessary skills, assigned break and other useful information, making it immediately available for scheduling.
In Superplan, you can import, create, and store as many shift templates as you like, and apply them across the entire schedule - it takes seconds.

If you've set up shift templates during onboarding steps, they'll stay put for future use. You can add more at any time. There’s no limit on shift template count.

The list of shift templates are accessible in Settings. To access Shift templates setting:
Sign in to Superplan as an Admin - click here to go sign in page
Click on the little cog icon ⚙️ located in the top-right corner of the screen. This will take you to the Settings menu.
In Settings menu, find and click on the Shifts & Scheduling. ****In this section select Shift templates - click here to go to there directly

To create a shift template click Add a shift template. Every shift template stores the following attributes.
