Welcome to the latest updates on Superplan! We have been working hard to improve your experience and provide you with the tools you need to manage your workforce effectively.

New name, real upgrades!

19 May 2026 Latest Release

Shiftparade is now Superplan 🦸‍♂️

This update is not just a rename. It brings a cleaner workspace, faster scheduling tools, better employee self-service, stronger publishing controls, and improved timesheet handling.

Cleaner workspace

Superplan now has a lighter, clearer interface with improved navigation and more room for the schedule itself. Scheduling is dense work. The new workspace makes it easier to focus on coverage, shift changes, publishing, and the things that need attention.

Personal dashboard

Every user now has a personal dashboard. Employees can see today’s shift, review their weekly schedule, add availability, clock into shifts and breaks, and claim open shifts from one place.

Mass selection on the schedule grid

Schedulers can now drag across the grid and manage multiple shifts in one action.

Useful when plans change fast and you need to edit, publish, unpublish, or manage larger blocks of shifts without clicking one by one.

Recurring shifts

You can now create repeat patterns for shifts instead of rebuilding the same schedule again and again.

Open shifts

Open shifts help you fill gaps without chasing people manually.

Create a shift, mark it as open, define how many people are needed, and let employees pick it up. Once the openings are filled, the shift stops appearing as available.

If someone releases the shift, the opening can return.
