This article details the Work setting configuration within Superplan.

The Work setting section enables you to configure all aspects of your work environment related to shift scheduling. Think of the Work setting as a representation of your company's operational setup. It's important to configure these settings to closely mirror your actual business configuration.

To access Work setting as a Superplan Super Admin:

  1. Open the All Settings view by clicking the cog icon in the top right corner
  2. Click on the "Work setting" card. ▶️ Click here to go there directly

Default workweek

The Default workweek defines the standard working pattern for your business. You can select which days are considered workdays and which are weekends. The days marked as weekends will be marked in pink on the schedule grid.

Default working pattern can be found in a Worktime sub-section of Work setting.

We recommend setting the default working pattern to align with your country's typical workweek, such as Monday to Friday with Saturday and Sunday as weekends—a common schedule format in the United States, United Kingdom, and across the European Union.
